I can definately admit that when my skin gets bad I turn to products and when I try to keep my skin good I usually just focus on what I eat and drink. I never really had thought about tablets helping my skin maintain a healthy look until Superdrug kindly sent this pack out. So these are the Hyaluronic Acid and Copper capsules where you take one a day with a meal. The hyaluronic acid apparently helps with the skin texture and the look of fine lines and wrinkles where as the copper is to maintain healthy looking skin. 

 The only thing with tablets and I is that I forget to take them everyday so I couldn't give the best review as I didn't stick to them religiously however for the couple of weeks I did take them here and there and missed a few days out I did notice a difference in my skin texture. I had much more of a glow and healthy look to my skin which was really nice. At £9.99 it's very affordable as the pack lasts a month however I would say they are aimed at a slightly older age than mine, perhaps 27+
